Mockus and Serpa team up

Antanas Mockus and Horacio Serpa, who have both repeatedly aimed for the Colombian presidency, but always lost, teamed up to exchange experiences, grievances and ideas for a possible alliance.

The former candidates agreed that they jointly have the support of 118.97% of the Colombian electorate, after adding up the votes received in their numerous attempts.

Both Mockus and Serpa took part in the presidential elections three times.
