Diomedes Diaz’s Spain tour cancelled due to visa expiration

Popular Colombian Vallenato singer Diomedes Diaz has been forced to cancel his Spain tour due to visa issues.

Diaz was scheduled to travel from Bogota to Spain on Thursday, June 9th, the same day that his visa expired.

A manager of Iberia Airlines had little sympathy for the artist and his entourage, stating “they should have left earlier if they knew that his visa was about to expire.”

Diomedes Diaz’s manager, Jose Zequeda, took responsibility for the mistake. Zequeda apologized to all of Diomedes’ fans, saying he “is sorry about this situation and more so because Diomedes Diaz wanted to be with his fans in Europe.”
