Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg will arrive in Colombia on Monday for a four-day official visit aimed at strengthening ties, the U.S. State Department announced on Friday.
Steinberg plans to meet Colombian President Alvaro Uribe on Monday evening and other government officials the following day “
