Canada is home to foreign ministry FARC: RCN

Family members of slain FARC commander ‘Raul Reyes’ in Canada are
forming the FARC’s foreign ministry, Colombian intelligence officials
told RCN.

According to the television network, the intelligence officials traveled to Canada to confirm suspicion that the sister, three nephews and a niece of ‘Raul Reyes’ form the guerrillas’ foreign ministry and keep contact with human rights NGOs and leftist political parties.

Colombian President Alvaro Uribe received a dossier of the supposed FARC’s activities in Canada, which he will discuss with Canadian authorities during a visit to the country next week, RCN says.
