Bus accident in Cesar leaves 3 dead, 11 injured

 

A bus accident in Aguachica, Cesar department, left three passengers dead and eleven injured. 

The bus was on its way from Barranquilla in the north to capital city Bogota on Thursday morning when it was hit by a truck. The driver lost control over the vehicle and crashed into trees, witnesses told Caracol Noticias.

Firefighters had to rescue some of the victims that were stuck in the bus wreck. The eleven injured people were transferred to several hospitals in Aguachica.
