Bogota’s Corferias goes international

Corferias, the corporation that organizes conferences and conventions
in Bogota and is one of the most important exhibition centers in
Colombia, wants to expand its activities to other cities and abroad.

The company, supported with money from the Colombian government, will start a new project in Lima, Peru, that will be known as ‘Corferias del Pacífico’ and, as in Bogotá, will be dedicated to the organization of expositions and events.

Corferias will also start organizing events in Colombia’s third largest Cali. The event that will open the ‘Corferias Cali’ is in the International Center for Business and Exposition of Cali between 12 and 14 of August and it will be organized by Corferias, Cotelco and the Center of Events of the Pacific Valley (CEV) for bussiness worth 35 million dollars.
