Avianca increases Mexico-Bogota direct flights

Avianca Airlines increases direct flights between Bogota and Mexico City to three per day.

In response to the demands of tourists and business people, Avianca has introduced a new flight schedule, adding one daily flight on the route between Bogota and Mexico City.

This allows for more efficient connections between Mexico and the mayor capitals of Latin America, reports website Dinero.com.

The flights are operated by the modern Airbus A-320 and A-319, which carry 150 and 120 passengers respectively.

With the launch of this new schedule, Avianca will be the carrier offering the most non-stop flights between Mexico and Colombia, carrying more than 30% of travellers from Mexico to other destinations in Latin America.
