Authorities capture other ‘Office of Envigado’ boss

Barranquilla authorities say they arrested José Óscar Pérez de la Rosa,
a.k.a. Capito, the alleged boss of paramilitary group ‘Office of
Envigado’ in the coastal city.

‘Capito’ is held responsible for part of the increase in murders in Barranquilla the past year and involved in a number of large shipments of cocaine to Central America and the United States. he would be in charge of the drug trafficking  operation of the recently captured ‘Douglas’.

Along with ‘Capito’, six other suspected members of his gang were arrested.
