‘Antioquia teens made suicide pact’

Several teenage girls from Amaga, Antioquia allegedly made a suicide pact which resulted in
the death of one girl and an attempted suicide of another. The reasons
for the teens to make the alleged pact are unknown.

One of the girls who decided to end their lives told her mother about the pact, Radio Caracol reported Wednesday. The parent warned other mothers but unfortunately one of the teenagers had already taken the fatal decision.

A local lawmaker asked Antioquia health authorities to investigate the reasons for the suicide pact among the girls and to take actions to prevent things like this to happen again.
