Stolen motorbike found after 15 years

Hope is the last to die. This was proven again on Thursday when
Colombia’s ever-so-busy police found a motorbike that was stolen 15 years ago.

The last time Jesus Maria Lopez saw his motorbike was when a man, who wanted to buy the bike, test drove it and disappeared in the streets of Chinchina, Caldas department.

15 years later the motorbike found its way back to its legal owner. Luckily, Lopez still had the registration certificate of the vehicle and a copy of the police report which are necessary to prove that the bike is his property.
