Demobilized and extradited paramilitary leader Rodrigo Tuvar, alias “Jorge 40” has suspended cooperation with Colombian justice, television station RCN reported on Monday.

According to the television station, the paramilitary leader has decided that he will no longer testify before Colombian prosecutors, following the murder of his brother Sergio in December.
