Colombia’s Finance Minister Oscar Ivan Zuluaga on Sunday was elected Latin America’s Finance Minister of the Year economy magazine Emerging Markets.
The Minister was elected best latino minister by investors, bankers, economists and academics.
Zuluaga received the honor at the annual Finance Minister and Central Bank Governor Of the Year Annual Awards Reception.
