11 members of FARC’s central command live abroad: RCN

Eleven members of the FARC’s Central Command live abroad. Nine of them
operate from Venezuela and two from Ecuador, RCN Radio reported Monday.

The radio station, basing their statements on undisclosed Colombian intelligence documents, say Rodrigo Londoño, alias ‘Timoleón Jiménez’, Iván Márquez and Rodrigo Granda are two of those members currently residing in Venezuela.

Colombian President Álvaro Uribe has said recently on numerous occasions that members of the FARC’s leadership are ‘cowardly’ hiding abroad, but never specified his comments.
