The Court announced that with the secure digital connection that has been established with Miami, the extradited can now appear before the court either as suspects or witnesses.Giraldo will have to appear first, followed by Salvatore Mancuso and ‘Jorge 40′. The dates for those hearings are yet to be announced.It’s not the first time the Colombian Court hears suspects through a video connection. 57 hearings already have preceded the warlords’ interviews.
