Victims report 400 paramilitary crimes

Over the past three days, families of victims reported more than 400
crimes committed by demobilized paramilitary group AUC in the
municipalities of Tierralta and Valencia in the north Colombian department of Cordoba.

Radio Santa Fe reported that the testimonies compiled denounce more than 100 disappearances and murders, as well as displacements, committed by paramilitary groups ‘Heroes de Tolova’ and ‘Cordoba’.

So far this year ‘Justice and Peace’ lawyers and investigators have ordered 40 exhumations of graves and 13 skeletons have been identified, according to Radio Santa Fe.

All the remains found will undergo laboratory analysis to establish the identities of the victims.
