Vandals attack Chavista headquarters in Cucuta

Vandals attacked the main office of the Colombian Bolivarian Socialist
Movement (MSB) in Cucuta on Friday, the political party’s leader said.

Apparent opponents of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez painted anti-Chavez slogans on the Chavistas’ office in the north-east Colombian city.

“We suffered an attack for the second time in the past few days. This time against the front of office with green paint that said something like Chavez must go,” David Corredor, the party’s coordinator and presidential candidate told Caracol Radio.

The political leader asked opponents of Chavez to refrain from retaliations against the Bolivarian movement and its offices.
