Two more bombs explode in Bogotá, police arrest 8

The first explosion occured in the industrial area of Montevideo around 7PM. The second bomb exploded in a residential area in the north of the city. Authorities reported only material damage.Bogotá police announced Wednesday the bomb exploding in Suba Tuesday was a 5 kilogram bomb, hidden in a motorcycle. The police still has no clue who are behind the bombings and if they are related.Eight people were captured for their alleged involvement in the bombings. According to authorities, the eight are part of the FARC’s urban militia in Bogotá. Four of them were caught, carrying explosives.
