Traffic accident in northern Colombia leaves 6 dead

A traffic accident has killed six people in the north of Colombia, local media reported Monday.

A bus was traveling from the capital of the Norte de Santander department, Cucuta, to the town of Ocaña when the driver lost control over the vehicle and crashed, leading to the death of five adults and one minor.

“The police is at the location helping in the work to recover the vehicle and the bodies of the persons who unfortunately [died] in the accident,” Fabio Yañez, a police commander in the area, told W Radio.
