Three FARC leaders abroad: Santos

Three members of the FARC’s secretariat, the highest guerrilla body,
live abroad, Colombia’s Defense Minister Juan Manuel Santos said
Thursday.

The minister did not say in what country the guerrilla leaders are, but added that a fourth secretariat member was able to move in and out of a neighbor country freely.

The Minister told Caracol Radio that “we are going after the members of the secretariat who are in Colombia (…) I am focused and dedicated to dealing these kinds of blows.”
