At least three people died and another 18 were injured when a minivan and a bus crashed into each other on a road 60 miles east of Medellín.
Authorities say the accident in San Juan was caused by a speeding driver.
The impact of the crash immediately killed two men and one woman. The wounded were transported to nearby hospitals.
