Sofia Vergara: I’m crazy

Colombian bombshell Sofia Vergara tells Parade magazine that “my son refers to me as ‘that crazy woman who lives with me.'”

But while she jokes that “If my son, Manolo, thinks I’m crazy now, wait until he goes away to college next year, I’m going to have a heart attack!”, Vergara also shows a more serious side of herself in the interview.

“I’ve been through it all,” says the Barranquilla-born star, “so I don’t take life’s little dramas too seriously. I say, don’t sweat the small stuff, because there’s bigger stuff that can really make you sweat.”

Vergara’s brother Rafael was kidnapped and murdered in 1998, and her father died after a long illness in December last year.

Vergara maintains a positive attitude, however, telling Parade that “it’s a beautiful world.”
