Colombian pop princess Shakira declared that her impressive figure is the result of more than just exercise and healthy food: she loves eating lots of chocolate.
“I think it is important that you are in balance. I really like to eat, I love chocolate and all kinds of sweets. I’m absolutely addicted to it,” she said in an interview with German magazine Bild.
She went on to say that her songs are always a reflection of her feelings. “If I appear at the moment more sensual than before it is because this aspect plays a greater role in my life than a decade ago. I’m a woman and I think that this femininity is reflected in my new album.”
The Baranquilla-born singer is engaged to Antonio de la Rua, son of Argentinian ex-president, Fernando de la Rua.
The outspoken pop star also recently told Britain’s Observer newspaper that “libido is the engine of the world. Forward or backwards. For good or ill.”
