Celebrity ex-couple Shakira and Antonio de la Rua are in the process of dividing up the shared property acquired over the course of their 11 years together.
Included amongst the list of properties are a Miami mansion worth about $5 million, a $3 million penthouse in New York, as well as a selection of properties in the Bahamas, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and the Uruguay farm where the Colombian superstar first met her Argentine “in-laws.”
The most talked-about issue, at least in the Spanish gossip columns, is what will become of their shared house in Barcelona, where rumours abound that Shakira is living in secret with Gerard Pique, reports La Gaceta.
This comes against the backdrop of yet more speculation about the Colombian superstar and the World-Cup winning footballer, following reports of the defender’s recent split with his girlfriend of two years and rumours that Shakira has already met her new potential in-laws.
