Shakira admitted to errors in her latest video and promised to be more careful in the future, news agency Sonora reported Monday.
The Colombian singer’s latest video for her single “Addicted To You” shows a hand appearing to hold a chair in which Shakira is dancing at 1:53.
“Haha! Some of you have eagle eyes! The next time I’ll be more careful with the camera,” said the Barranquilla native on her Twitter account.
The mistake came only a few weeks after Shakira’s national anthem gaff at the Summit of the Americas in Cartagena and she has since been the butt of many jokes on Twitter and Facebook.
Shakira seems to have taken the jokes in good fun and it is unlikely that these minor mishaps will severly damage the popularity of the popstar who LA Weekly recently voted the “Sexiest Singer of All Time.”
