School kids brawl in Cali with sticks, stones and machetes

Police in the southern Colombian city of Cali break up a brawl between school-aged gang members involving sticks, stones and machetes, El Espectador reported Wednesday.

Thirty minors were detained, and later released to their parents.

The mayor of the capital of Valle del Cauca is initiating a reconciliation process for the boys involved in the brawl, according to El Espectador.
