Sarkozy, Chávez and Uribe will meet soon, says Rojas

They demand the release of hundreds imprisoned guerrillas in exchange for a few dozen high profile hostages. They also demand a demilitarized zone where negotiations can take place, but the Colombian government always dismissed that idea.
