Santos finishes reorganizing cabinet

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos on Friday finished the restructuring of his cabinet a week after all ministers resigned.

The resignations of the majority of ministers was not accepted; Only four of the 16 ministers were replaced by new members of the cabinet.

Two ministers changed post and Santos created the post of Advisor om Social Dialogue which was given to Green Party veteran Luis Eduardo Garzon.
