Rabia wins at Tokyo Film Festival

‘Rabia’, Sebastian Cordero’s new Hispano-Colombian movie, received the Special Jury Prize at the conclusion of 22nd Tokyo International Film Festival TIFF in Japan on Sunday.

The movie, sponsored by Colombia’s Ministry of Culture and starring Colombian actress Martina Garcia, captivated Japanese critics and was selected among 15 other movies to compete for special awards in various categories, reported newspaper El Espectador on Monday.

Rabia was selected by the Film Festival’s programming director from a list of 743 cinematic productions from 81 countries.
