Shakira released 30 seconds of her new video “Loca,” which caused controversy in the Spanish city of Barcelona when it was shot last month.
The video is the latest of the Colombian singer’s upcoming album “The Sun Comes Out,” due for release on October 19.
Shakira is currently on tour in the Unites States to promote the new album.
