Colombian authorities arrested 13 guerillas from the FARC’s 30th Front in Buenaventura, in the south-west Colombian department of Valle del Cauca, reports El Tiempo.

The guerillas were part of a group led by FARC member alias “Mincho”.

Last Sunday, the Police and the Navy captured 14 guerillas, also from the 30th Front, in a rural area of Buenaventura, on Colombia’s Pacific coast. During the operation, one of Mincho’s brothers were arrested.

Regional police commander General Gustavo Adolfo Ricuarte said that the main goal is to capture Mincho, reports the Latin American Herald Tribune.
