Juanes’ decision to play in Cuba, the tenor said Cartagena Thursday.
“I believe that Juanes took a very positive decision,” the Spanish tenor told reporters.
Placido Domingo, who will give a concert in Colombia’s most famous tourist city Saturday, said he understands Cuban Americans’ contradictory reactions, but “so much time has passed and I believe it is time we all cooperate … and we can perform before them [the Cubans] like Juanes will.”
