Paraguay wants ‘foreign minister’ of FARC arrested

The Paraguayan judge ruled against the release of the international arrest warrant for the FARC agent. Granda was released from prison on request of French President Nicolas Sarkozy to establish contact between the French Government and the leftist rebels.The new international arrest warrant has been sent to Interpol.Granda can face up to 35 years in prison if convicted for the alleged crimes.
