‘El Iguana’ was arrested Wednesday morning in Zarzal, Valle del Cauca and will be transferred to Bogotá for interrogation. He is assumed to be the fourth in command of the drug cartel.Urdinola is wanted by U.S. authorities and is likely to be extradited.
