McCain is expected to visit Cartagena on Tuesday, where he will be received by Colombian President Álvaro Uribe. Local police announced the mobilization of 2000 policemen to secure the safety of the Republican senator in Colombia’s main tourist attraction.Besides meeting Uribe and Colombia’s Foreign Minister Fernando Araújo, McCain will meet with investors and Colombian businessmen to talk about the U.S. investment in Colombia.
