Oscar Tulio Lizcano, the FARC hostage that knew to escape the jungle
with a guerrilla last week, has been taken to hospital because of a
throat infection, his wife said Tuesday.
The former hostage had to be hospitalized again two days after he was released from hospital, where he had been medically checked after his eight years of capitivity in the Colombian jungles of Chocó.
Lizcano and ‘Izasa’, a FARC guerrilla who escaped together with the former lawmaker, were found by the army after they had been walking for three days trying to find help.
