Juanes announces world tour

Colombian rock star Juanes announced his new tour will take him to Mexico, Europe and Latin America beginning in August.

The announcement comes after Juanes said in May that he would retire for “three or four years,” citing “depression” and “personal problems.”

“I decided to take a small break and rethink my career, deciding what I wanted to do,” Juanes told national newspaper El Espectador.

The singer will release his acoustic album “Juanes MTV Unplugged” on May 29. The album is currently available for pre-sale on ITunes. The live performance of the album will be aired on MTV Latin America May 27.
