Jefferson Vargas wins fourth stage Tour of Colombia

Wednesday’s stage, 192 kilometers from Tunja to la Vega, was a hectic one. An early attempt to escape by Oscar Sevilla was killed by the Lotería de Boyacá team, after which Cesar Salazar and Gustavo González jumped from the rest, shortly thereafter followed by Wilson Cepeda, Miguel Diaz and Yeferson Vargas.
