Japan and Colombia begin Bilateral Investment talks

Representatives from Japan and Colombia met in Tokyo to begin the first round of negotiations of a Bilateral Investment Agreement with the objective of promoting economic ties between the two nations.

 

 

During the talks, which finished last Friday, the two parties exchanged opinions on investment needs in Japan and Colombia.

According to El Espectador, the first round of talks ended with both parties hoping to finalize negotiations “soon”.
