Humanitarian crisis in Taraza

Because of the measure the hundreds of farmers are now officially qualified as “forced displaced” and  have the right to health care, shelter, food and other basic necessities.The farmers say they were forced to leave their homes and protest against the eradication of their crops by guerrillas from the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).During clashes with riot police, dozens of people got wounded and at least one person died.
