Hitmen kill four businessmen

Four businessmen were killed and five bystanders were injured by gunmen in a diner in Villavicencio, fifty miles south east of Bogotá.

According to Paulo Emilio Gomez, department of Meta chief of police, the incident took place Sunday. “[The assassins] entered the establishment and fired at the group, leaving four people dead and five injured.”

The wounded were taken to several hospitals in the city.

The motorcycle used to escape the scene of the crime was found later. Police are investigating the crimescene and the deserted motorcycle for fingerprints and other possible leads to the killers.
