Government fund lent money to drug trafficker

The government fund, Finagro, had lent 30 million pesos (US$ 16,000) to Luis Enrique ‘Micky’ Ramírez Murillo through several companies that proved not to exist.One of the arrested is Finagro’s former president, Sergio Taboada. He and his alleged accomplices will be accused of conspiracy to commit an offense, money laundering, fraud and embezzlement before court.
