That’s why I arrived five minutes later”. Rigoberto Castro, arriving at 7:07 AM, noted on arrival the clock on his laptop was 8 minutes behind.What strikes the governor is that also the employers that do arrive on time do very little work. “The vast mayority of the ladies come in, leave their purse and go for a walk. You can see them in cafetarias drinking coffee or in the icecream shop.” he says.Barreto plans to do more to fight his personnel’s tardyness. Repeated offenders will be punished, he warns.
