Giovanni Báez wins Tour of Colombia

The 27-year old Báez is the 33rd cyclist to win the Tour of Colombia. He didn’t win any stage this year, but knew to benefit from weak moments of his opponents and was able to rise a stabile tour.None of the cyclists in the top ten knew to gain or lose a second on their opponents in the last stage.Standings:
