Popayan Film festival to showcase amateur Colombian talent

A short-film festival will be held November 20-24 and invites all amateur short film makers to enter the contest, giving up-coming film makers the opportunity to shine and providing audiences film entertainment for four days.

The fourth annual short film festival held in the southwestern Colombian city of Popayan consists of three entrance categories: fiction, documentary and animation.

The festival will host several guests including film producers, actors, writers, directors, photographers and is open to anyone interested in the film industry.
