‘FARC’ kills 4 police in south-west Colombia

FARC guerrillas allegedly ambushed and killed four policemen in the rural area of the southwestern Colombian town of Jamundi.

The policemen arrived on motorcycles in the area of Rio Claro after receiving a call about a shooting. The officers were assaulted and killed at the site and the attackers took their weapons.

The police and the army immediately began the search for those responsible for the attack.
