Oil trucks were targeted in a suspected FARC attack in central Colombia Tuesday morning, reported local media.
The trucks, belonging to international company Emerald Energy, were struck with bullets and explosives as they left oil wells in San Vicente del Caguan, Caqueta, on route to the department of Huila.
Preliminary reports said two trucks were damaged with no casualties.
Bomb squad police found and defused an improvised explosive device at the scene of the attack.
It was the eighth attack on Emerald Energy trucks in the past six months.
