In letters and pamflets the Águilas Negras warn the support groups they will “clean the streets of communist trash” and “after having caught your leaders, we are now after you”. “Surprises will come” the paramilitaries said in their latest pamflet.The NGO’s, the Colombian government and the United Nations Development Program, who backs the NGO’s in their work, recently held an emergency meeting about the thefts and threats.
