Miss Colombia 2010, Catalina Robayo, was also able to finally recieve the long-anticipated honor of becoming a high class latch key kid after she wasn’t able to in 2010 due to rough winter conditions in the city.

For the occasion, the candidates were dressed to kill in green and orange dresses by Cartagena-born designer Victor Buelvas and dripping in accessories from Carolina Cruz.

Fan favorites were visibly Miss Valle, Melina Ramirez Serna, who drove fans crazy with applause and appreciative shouting, as well as Miss Sucre, Helena Sofia Fadul Bolaños.
