A Siamese twin that was born in the north of Colombia last Friday has died, local media reported Tuesday.
Dulce Maria and Maria Angelica were born in the city of Sincelejo with two heads, but only one heart and one set of intestines, making a separation medically impossible.
According to local media, the Siamese twin died early Tuesday morning due to several respiratory and cardiac complications.
