Colombian navy rescues four sailers

Three Americans and a South African were rescued off the Caribbean coast after their sailboat ran aground neard the Colombian island of San Andres Thursday.

The Colombian Navy reported the sailboat “Spirit” suffered problems with its navigation system shortly after leaving Colon, Panama en route to Key West, Florida.

The four crew members were taken to San Andres for medical treatment.
